The characteristics of the establishment
The school dining room Kojetín, an allowance organization, is an autonomous legal subject whose founder is the town of Kojetín. The dinning-hall ensures boarding for children from kindergarten, primary and grammar school pupils, employees of schools and school institutions as well as for other boarders.
The composition of the offered meals corresponds to the principles of the healthy nutrition. Since 2006 the choice from two meals has been available. This enables to introduce more diversity into the menu structure while respecting the nutritional value of the diet as well as the alimentary recommendations.
