Hours for the public

Hours for the public represent the recommended time, when the municipal officers aren’t supposed to be out of the town hall (due to local inquiries, sessions, etc.) and thus the guarantee for the inhabitants to reach them there. Visiting the municipal office is viable, of course, also at a different time, but in that case it is advised to call and agree on a convenient date in advance in order to avoid the eventual absence of a particular officer caused by an official journey or a local investigation.
